AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Review

AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Review

AcePerHead.com is a name synonymous with Ace Sportsbook as one came from the other.  However, today, Ace Sports brand is more about providing a pay per head service rather than taking bets. Our AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Review will go into details about the pros and cons of using their PPH services.

First off, they are one of the oldest Bookie Pay Per Head providers in the industry.  They began their operation during the golden age of offshore sports betting and are still in business today. In addition, when they began their Sportsbook Pay Per Head services, they remade the agent/Pay Per Head Industry. This is because they were affordable at $50 per player and gave a better alternative for agents in the U.S.

AcePerHead.com RATING

  • Pay Per Head Software: 7.0 out of 10
  • Player Betting Platform: 6.0 out of 10
  • Cost Per Player: 4.0 out of 10
  • Management Tools: 9.0 out of 10
  • Customer Service: 7.0 out of 10
  • TOTAL RATING: 6.60 out of 10

Unfortunately for them, times have changed and several other AcePerhead reviews agree that they are no longer a powerhouse. This is because they have not made any major updates on their sports betting software without additional features.

Furthermore, they have the habit of charging extra for features that their competitors give out in their normal PPH package.  However, some agents still believe there are a top choice for a Pay Per Head service.  Thus, we will get to the bottom of it with our Ace Per Head Review

Bookie Pay Per Head Service

AcePerHead – Registration, Promos and More

Opening a Pay Per Head account with AcePerHead.com came as a surprise.  Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one as the we had to jump through several steps to use their services. This is because the initial process is easy where you must answer 3 questions and submit the form.  However, you then have to wait until someone contacts to really start the process.

AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Once you talk to one of their sales representatives, you have to answer several questions and make a deposit.  Thus, it is not until they have your money that they create an account for you.  This came a surprise for two reasons.

The first is that we had to talk to someone to open an account.  This is because it is an archaic process. With today’s software technology, speaking to a sales rep is unnecessary and a waste of time.  All of the questions they asked us could have been done online.

In addition, their “6 Weeks for Free” is kind of a trick because it is “up to” 6 Weeks for Free.  Therefore, the more you deposit, the more free weeks you get.  It is a good deal; however, this feels more like a sportsbook then a Pay Per Head.  We are not trying to open a sportsbook account; becoming a bookie is our goal so please keep it straightforward.

AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Review

AcePerHead.com has a decent agent software dashboard which lets you see everything that is going on with your sportsbook operation. In addition, the design is clean and easy to navigate in terms of finding reports, tools and manage players.  We thought the player management tools were especially useful like their player watch and player analysis tools. Overall, we agree that they have a great player risk management system that beats most of their competitors.

AcePerHead agent platformWe do appreciate that you have complete control over the betting odds but their direct player management application is lacking.  This is because you it does not have enough functions and ways to add more details about a player.

The sports betting platform and player site is the basic DGS interface.  In short, it’s nothing to brag about and a mess. In addition, the mobile interface is difficult to navigate and not worth mentioning.  The live betting platform is a bit better.  However, to give your players full access you will have to pay a premium price.

We won’t even talk about the online casino as the games are from the 1990s and are an eyesore. The racebook is the same old DGS platform with no improvements whatsoever. We were expecting more from AcePerHead and thought they would have at least a prop builder but no luck. Thus, they put all of their efforts into the agent software but not into players.  To have a successful sportsbook, the player comes first.

AcePerHead.com Opinion and Recommendation

Once upon a time, AcePerHead.com was a major player in the Sportsbook Pay Per Head industry.  However, it is no longer the case as their software and features are archaic and so are their prices.  Furthermore, they think spending money on SEO, advertising and videos will makeup for their lack of gambling options and features.

Even though they DGS platform is solid and reliable, it cannot make-up for not having more betting options like a Prop Bet Builder.  In addition, having to pay extra to get more Live Betting options, phone wagering and other features is a rip-off.

In our AcePerHead.com Pay Per Head Review we saw that they have great management tools.  However, that it is not enough to justify their prices. Our recommendation is to find a more affordable service with similar player management tools and more gambling options and features.
