Manila Casinos Open at 75 Percent Capacity
Several Manila casinos open in the Entertainment City area. It came after the government relaxed the lockdown rules in the National Capital Region. Also, Universal Entertainment’s Okada Manila abides by IATF’s Alert Level 3 rules and regulations for gaming facilities.
According to a gambling and sports forum, casinos can operate at 75 percent capacity at Alert Level 3. The Inter-Agency Task Force is the government agency in charge of tackling the pandemic in the Philippines.
The government downgraded the Alert Level in NCR from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3 starting Saturday. However, the policies don’t allow casino operations. The Office of the President or the IATF can make an exception.

According to Korean sports betting and casino sources, the Solaire Resort and Casino said their casino is open and operating at a limited capacity. Also, they said that they are complying with the IATF’s guidelines on Alert Level 3.
City of Dreams Manila announced that it would comply with the new rules. It would increase the dining capacities in restaurants. Also, it would reopen other facilities. The casino resort would operate its casino at 75 percent capacity. Indoor dining is limited at 40 percent. However, they will only accept fully vaccinated adults who are 18 years old but not over 65 years old.
Resorts World Manila hasn’t announced its plans after the government lowered the alert level in the National Capital Region. However, according to betting odds experts, Travellers International Hotel Group operates Resorts World Manila. Also, it is a partnership between Genting Hong Kong and Alliance Global Group.
